Major Requirements for BS Earth Sciences: Basic Science and Research Concentration


  • Admission: 3.0 average GPA in 30 credits of Earth Science Core Courses and Related Requirements and commitment from a research mentor are required for admission to the “Basic Science & Research” concentration.
  • Application: NA
  • Min. major credits: 43-44 (77-78 with required support courses)
  • Min. C grade (not C-) in all courses
